High-standard residential building with 17 floors, featuring one apartment per floor. Each unit offers 241 m² of private area, with four en-suite bedrooms, a spacious 81 m² open-plan living area, and four parking spaces. The common areas include adult and children's pools, a gym, barbecue area, gourmet kitchen, kids' playroom, playground, party room, and game room.

During the internship, the building was already under construction. I was responsible for updating parts of the playground, redesigning the executive plans for the guardhouse, lobby garden, pool kiosk, gas house, and waste area.
